The C-Suite feels good, my friend, and you don’t need a degree to get you there. The Chief Technology Officer oversees all things tech in an organization and is sometimes called the Lead Architect. In charge of making tech and automation decisions, the CTO is familiar with a variety of platforms, programs, and languages and can choose which the organization uses. Basically, the CTO chooses the infrastructure that the rest of the organizations operates through, while helping the development teams stay on task and successful. They set standards, find solutions, and create code for up to $150K per year.
