What happens when someone misses their flight or needs to find out how to put their pet alligator on a plane? Customer Sales and Service agents (CSSA) step in to fix the situation. Hey, an airport is full of parts and pieces that have to work together, and as a CSSA you will deal with all sorts of challenges -- someone is late and stressing about getting to their gate before the flight leaves, a customer is flying somewhere for the funeral of a loved one, a nervous child is flying solo – every customer has a different story.Perfect for someone with excellent communication, people and problem-solving skills, Customer Sales and Service agents receive in-house training and enjoy the challenge of making someone's bad day do a total 180. Oh and PS, no alligators on the plane.
