What this job is about

If you’re all about health and helping people, McKinsey Generation’s Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) ( course gets you ready to work in health care. A CNA is in charge of doing the things that a nurse doesn’t have time to, so you might be helping to dress elderly patients, help patients with their daily care, and replacing bed linens. And while it might sound a little different than Grey’s Anatomy, CNAs love the face-to-face time they spend with patients every day. Relying on teamwork, compassion and great people skills, CNAs make a big difference in a person’s health and overall wellness while relieving some of the pressure on nurses.
