What this job is about

It takes a lot more than a love for coffee to make an amazing Tim Horton's Team Member: Just ask the designated trainers. They're the ones responsible for turning average Joes (and Jennifers) into Guest Service machines. Leading by example is a must, which is why trainers need to have amazing people skills and can easily tell the difference between a Boston Cream and Chocolate Dipped.By properly prepping the training area and all necessary tools, designated trainers give new recruits everything they need to excel as Team Members. From greeting a Guest within five seconds of arrival or learning the Tim Horton's terms and policies, designated trainers make sure all Team Members are up to par through training and example.
